VIEWING THE LIST

• The list is arranged by monthly rental price, with the higher prices at the top.  We normally have a full complement of listings priced from $6,000 to $400 per month, and everything in between.
• Drive by all the units that may fit your needs if you are already in Jacksonville.  Get to know the neighborhoods, your commute, the restaurants and shopping, etc.
• The text addresses the important information about the property:  rooms, kitchen appliances, amenities, square footage, flooring, heating/cooling, laundry facilities, outside facilities, parking, pet acceptability, and date of availability. 

GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS & DIRECTIONS

• Each listing begins with its georgraphical area in capital letters followed by directions to the property.
• The map information section [click on map information under the text] will also help.

ABBREVIATIONS

• Most units come with normal kitchen appliances of Range and Refrigerator.
• Kitchen abbreviations are:  R/R=range and refrigerator, DW= dishwasher, MW=microwave, GR= gas range.
• The letters to the right of the monthly rental price are simply office codes for the use of the rental agents. 

MOVE-IN DATES

• The date the unit is available for move-in is provided.  Normally owners will not hold the unit for a distant move-in date.

 PETS

• We’re sorry-but pets are allowed in only some of our units, and not in those that state No Pets.
• Owners decide pet restrictions, fees, etc. for their properties.
• Those who do allow pets usually require a non-refundable pet fee which will vary by unit, pet, owner, etc.

 SMOKERS

• Many owners have requested tenants who are not smokers or who smoke only outdoors.
